Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and conversational AI models and applications.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and determine effective prompt generation approaches for GenAI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements, develop hypotheses, test them with data, and align solutions with business goals.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy while handling varied data formats and sources for speech and voice applications.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify opportunities to integrate them into products and services.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to best practices and standards for generative AI development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of real-time machine learning experience.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education and a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, including deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, statistical modeling, deep learning algorithms, and neural networks.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms and services.
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
