Base Salary

$69k - $142k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Convert algorithm definitions and prototypes into robust software applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with radar, electro-optical, and research scientist experts to resolve issues and improve product image quality.
  • Participate in planning, requirements development, software design, implementation, build, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and write clean, efficient, well-tested code.
  • Learn synthetic aperture radar and electro-optical collection techniques.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance is required.
  • Require 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Require a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, with four years of professional software or signals-processing experience accepted in lieu of a degree; military electronic warfare or signals-processing background is also listed as an alternative.
  • Familiarity with Python, C++, Rust, or a similar programming language is required.
  • Familiarity with Linux and/or a cloud environment, preferably AWS, is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include multiple programming languages, radar or electro-optical experience, digital signal processing, Jira, Scrum/Agile development, and software implementing algorithms.
  • Must be able to work onsite and collaborate effectively while completing tasks independently.
