Responsibilities
- Identify and scope high-value business use cases for generative AI.
- Design and develop generative AI solutions, agents, business assistants, and copilots.
- Implement RAG architectures and integrate large language models.
- Deploy intelligent OCR and document-automation solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing information systems through APIs and microservices.
- Industrialize, monitor, and continuously improve AI products in production.
- Support users and stakeholders in adopting the developed solutions.
- Pilot projects end to end, from needs identification through production deployment.
Requirements
- Engineering-school or Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or data.
- Significant experience in software development, data engineering, machine learning, or generative AI.
- Experience with AI projects in production is preferred.
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of RAG architectures and large language models.
- Product sensitivity and a strong user orientation.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Curiosity, autonomy, innovation, experimentation, and complex problem-solving abilities.
