Responsibilities
- Build and ship Citizen AI product features from design through production and monitoring.
- Develop on JLL’s AI platform, including its LLM gateway, shared RAG services, and MCP tools.
- Use AI coding tools for design, coding, testing, and review.
- Collaborate with product and design partners to turn requests into working software.
- Fix defects and improve tests, observability, and developer tools.
- Follow the AI ecosystem and bring useful ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Production software experience in Python or TypeScript/Node.
- Experience building features with LLMs, including prompts, RAG, or agent workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs and cloud services.
- Daily use of AI coding tools as a core part of the development workflow.
- Clear written English and ability to work effectively across time zones.
- Preferred experience with the Claude Agent SDK, MCP, LLM observability, or React.
