Responsibilities
- Follow the installation and commissioning of embedded solutions for customers.
- Support development of dashboard and data-analysis platform solutions, including internet and embedded services.
- Assist Program Managers and Project Managers with daily operational objectives.
- Contribute to improving the service offering in coordination with the product line’s software and hardware development teams.
- Discuss customer data-acquisition requirements and help identify suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and Aptiv software teams to identify root causes and resolve data-collection or vehicle issues.
- Regularly monitor Aptiv data recorders to ensure proper operation and data-collection quality.
- Participate in testing and validation of new hardware, software, and web application features.
- Prepare scripts and configurations for data recorders and support their remote deployment.
Requirements
- Currently preparing a Bac+4/Bac+5 engineering-school or university degree.
- Strong interest in IoT network architecture and mobility-solution protocols, including CAN, MQTT, and Automotive Ethernet.
- Knowledge of embedded electronics and software development.
- Ability to find solutions to software and hardware difficulties.
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical ability, and teamwork skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Availability for occasional short trips in France or Europe.
