Base Salary
$195k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, including defining the problem, building the solution, deploying it, and iterating based on results
- Ship high-quality user-facing experiences across frontend and backend systems
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate ambiguous problems into effective solutions
- Use AI-powered development tools and agent workflows to improve development speed and code quality
- Identify and implement AI capabilities that improve the member experience
- Continuously ship, instrument software, and use customer behavior and feedback to guide iteration
- Make system design decisions balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Improve developer workflows through automation, internal tooling, and AI-assisted processes
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and approaches and recommend or discontinue them based on results
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and shipping production software in a product-focused environment
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with technologies such as Python, Django, and React or similar modern frameworks
- Experience owning features or systems end-to-end and delivering measurable user impact
- Experience using AI developer tools, copilots, code agents, or custom workflows to accelerate delivery
- Ability to turn loosely defined customer problems into shipped solutions without waiting for a fully specified product requirements document
- Strong product judgment for making scope and user experience tradeoffs
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI agents and automation into development workflows and product features
