Base Salary
$195k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
- Ship high-quality user-facing product experiences across frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to simplify ambiguous problems into effective solutions.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to enhance speed and reduce manual overhead.
- Identify and implement AI capabilities to improve member experience.
- Continuously ship and use customer feedback to inform iterations.
- Make system design decisions balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Enhance developer workflows through automation and AI-assisted processes.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and shipping production software.
- Strong fullstack engineering skills, particularly in Python, Django, and React.
- Proven track record of owning features or systems and delivering measurable user impact.
- Experience with AI developer tools to enhance shipping speed.
- Ability to drive loosely defined problems to shipped solutions.
- Strong product instinct for making scope and UX tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI agents into workflows and product features.
