Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with domain experts to create accurate domain models.
- Translate complex business domains into scalable, high-performance, secure, and maintainable solution designs.
- Maintain and contribute hands-on to the production codebase, automation, and supporting tools.
- Create and maintain domain models, API documentation, and solution documentation.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and domain experts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role or related technical leadership position.
- Advanced or fluent English and strong collaboration and communication skills for global teams.
- A four-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- TDD experience, ADLC experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective project and time management skills.
- Experience translating complex solutions into UML diagrams using Enterprise Architect, Mural, or similar tools.
- Experience with NodeJS, Python, or Go; AWS, Jenkins, and Docker; and API or backend development.
- Experience with SOX-compliant systems, e-commerce, or cybersecurity is a plus.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI platforms; AI-assisted coding tools; prompt engineering; performance optimization; and secure data handling.
