Base Salary

$180k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional sales team to execute comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
  • Create technical roadmaps, project plans, requirements, designs, and implementation plans.
  • Participate in business requirement gathering sessions and assist in reconciling technical and business requirements.
  • Support prospects through RFP/RFI lifecycles and define requirements.
  • Assist in POC lifecycles, including defining Test Plans and Success Criteria.
  • Ensure successful implementation of sold solutions and maintain client engagement.
  • Deliver quality solutions in a timely manner and to client satisfaction.
  • Communicate Trace3’s value proposition to technical and non-technical clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to develop sales playbooks.
  • Contribute to the development of internal best practices and new consulting services.
  • Enhance Trace3’s presence in the Security community.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience as a Security Architect.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Consulting or Technology company.
  • CISSP or other relevant industry certifications are preferred.
  • Deep experience with security software solutions like firewalls and encryption.
  • Understanding of business environments and IT operations challenges.
  • Strong experience designing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Knowledge of adjacent technology areas including Cloud and IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills for communicating with C-Level Executives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lead and mentor other engineers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and consultative approach to customer and sales requests.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
