Base Salary
$90k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable code and progressively take ownership of feature components.
- Develop proficiency in the technology stack through mentorship and hands-on project work.
- Implement unit testing and integration testing, debug issues, and support high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Solve technical problems, propose solutions, and document code and technical processes.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, retrospectives, sprints, standups, and iterative development.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of software engineering experience or recent graduate status with relevant project work or internships.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python and ability to learn new technologies.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, REST APIs, modern development frameworks, Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred; interest in financial technology or wealth management is also preferred.
