Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the ThreatQ threat intelligence platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with team members, product owners, designers, product managers, security analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain high-quality backend and frontend-integrated code using established coding standards and best practices.
- Design, prototype, and integrate AI agents and intelligent services into internal systems and customer-facing products.
- Mentor software developers and guide engineers on AI tools, prompt engineering, and evaluation of AI-driven production features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation.
- Work with cloud, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, message queue, and event-driven architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 6–8 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel and/or Python, plus object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with SQL and databases such as MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, and Solr.
- Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Experience with Git version control and platforms such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
- Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queue and asynchronous job systems, RESTful APIs, JSON, and testing frameworks such as PHPUnit, pytest, or Jest.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS and Terraform; familiarity with on-premises Kubernetes using RKE2 is a plus.
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools and integrating AI agents into internal or customer-facing products.
- Experience collaborating on reliable, secure, and scalable AI capabilities and mentoring engineers on practical AI feature evaluation.
- Nice-to-have experience with multi-environment Terraform/Helm deployments across AWS EKS and on-premises RKE2, SaaS scaling, and event-driven or queue-based architecture.
