Responsibilities
- Develop Python tools to interface with satellite subsystems using CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, and Ethernet.
- Create automated test sequences for electronic circuits and satellite prototypes.
- Support the setup and maintenance of physical test benches, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition systems.
- Contribute to scalable software frameworks used to monitor satellite health during production.
- Help ensure test solutions provide reliable and accurate pass/fail feedback in manufacturing settings.
Requirements
- Strong Python proficiency for automation, data processing, or hardware control.
- Deep understanding of electronic circuits and ability to read schematics.
- Experience with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet hardware interfaces.
- Familiarity with C and Real-Time Operating Systems or Linux.
- Experience with Docker or containers for deploying test environments.
- Version control experience using Git.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
