Responsibilities
- Improve existing test automation and implement new test automation for clients.
- Advise clients on sustainable, future-proof test automation, appropriate techniques, and feedback loops.
- Build test automation solutions and help others implement them.
- Guide and coach clients and colleagues throughout the test automation process.
- Explain test results and their implications for product quality and releases.
- Follow market trends and critically assess opportunities for using GenAI in test automation.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO-level working and thinking ability.
- Experience with at least two different test automation tools, including low-code or high-code tools.
- Programming experience or willingness to learn, preferably JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity in finding solutions.
- Ability to guide and coach internal and external colleagues.
- TMAP, ISTQB, or Rapid Software Testing certification, or willingness to obtain one.
