Responsibilities

Translate commercial stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements and actionable delivery roadmaps.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions for customer data, account planning, pipeline management, marketing automation, and customer service.
Create prototypes and proofs of concept to help stakeholders evaluate proposed solutions.
Advise business leaders on technical decisions and trade-offs while ensuring global consistency.
Contribute to governance, data modelling, service acceptance, and end-to-end solution architecture.
Lead alignment across cross-functional and cross-regional teams and guide development teams toward high-quality outcomes.

Significant experience leading Salesforce architecture and solution design in complex multinational environments.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with broader awareness of Marketing, Data, or Health Clouds.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with long-term strategy.
Strong experience working with agile delivery models and guiding development teams.
Ability to operate as a global lead across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and challenging skills.
Strong understanding of data modelling, governance, and end-to-end solution architecture principles.
