Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for enterprise clients and guide projects from discovery through production deployment.
- Lead and mentor a squad of engineers.
- Implement scalable front-end and back-end engineering patterns and practices.
- Translate customer needs and implementation challenges into actionable project feedback.
- Explain complex technical concepts to client engineers and senior business stakeholders.
- Drive technical direction, innovation, reliable architecture, and reusable solutions across complex AI projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Strong hands-on full-stack development experience with deep knowledge of system architecture and design.
- Expertise in Python and TypeScript/React.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes application deployment.
- A demonstrated history of championing automated testing strategies.
- Passion for working directly with customers to understand problems and deliver immediate-value solutions.
