Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, resilient algorithms for enterprise storage products.
- Deliver zero-downtime systems with end-to-end ownership from concept through release and six-nines availability.
- Extend core storage-platform capabilities into public-cloud environments such as AWS.
- Analyze and resolve complex systems-software challenges while optimizing storage internals.
- Collaborate with engineering and product peers on architecture, code reviews, and distributed software projects.
- Maintain high engineering standards and mentor multidisciplinary engineering colleagues.
Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency in systems programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
- Practical exposure to systems domains including distributed systems, Linux kernel internals, database engines, hypervisors, containers, or compiler optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable software solutions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
