Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and client teams to understand and translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the deployment and integration of software and data solutions in client environments.
- Participate in designing, building, and testing scalable data architecture.
- Craft clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Engage in the end-to-end software development of new features and design capabilities.
- Optimize processes for maximum speed and accuracy.
- Seek out innovation and continuous improvement in assigned tasks.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of software development experience with a high-level software stack.
- Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with sponsorship.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Intermediate SQL development skills.
- Strong proficiency with backend API languages such as Java/Spring Boot.
- Experience performing meaningful tasks in Linux.
- Prior hands-on experience with data-driven analytics.
- Experience working in agile/scrum teams.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- A strong desire to work in a challenging fast-paced tech environment.
