Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage concurrency and coordination of multiple background agents.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, including architecture and provisioning.
- Implement CI/CD processes and manage deployments.
- Enhance observability and incident response mechanisms.
- Ensure security across the stack and deployment pipelines.
- Facilitate confident deployments and quick debugging for product engineers.
Requirements
- Experience scaling products through real user growth.
- Proficiency with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Strong systems thinking with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost trade-offs.
- Ability to improve existing infrastructure without a runbook.
