Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own concurrency and coordination systems for running many background agents in parallel.
- Own cloud infrastructure architecture, provisioning, CI/CD, and deployments end to end.
- Reduce latency and cost while maintaining reliability as the platform scales.
- Build observability and incident-response capabilities for detecting and resolving failures.
- Harden security across the technology stack and deployment pipelines.
- Enable product engineers to deploy confidently and debug quickly.
- Synchronize and merge Git output from parallel background agents.
Requirements
- Experience scaling a product through real user growth and understanding what breaks at scale.
- Strong experience with AWS or GCP, Docker or Kubernetes, and Terraform or Pulumi.
- Ability to reason about systems, performance, reliability, and cost trade-offs.
- Ability to improve infrastructure that was built by others without relying on an existing runbook.
