Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python/FastAPI.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Solution Architecture to refine specifications and deliver software.
- Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Develop secure, scalable APIs and software following engineering standards and best practices.
- Apply AI throughout the agentic software development lifecycle for implementation, code review, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating outputs.
- Contribute to engineering automation, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience developing cloud-native software applications.
- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python/FastAPI.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Strong understanding of modern software design, Agile development, REST APIs, and engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to generate production-ready code, validate automated tests, identify and remediate defects, and improve software quality.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with microservices, distributed systems, GCP or multi-cloud environments, CI/CD and DevOps practices, specification-driven development, and AI agents or developer workflows.

- The base pay range for Colorado is $105,000.00–$140,000.00–$154,000.00 annually; other locations may have different market-driven ranges.
