Responsibilities
- Support development teams in adopting new AI applications for software engineering.
- Design and implement application architectures integrating AI agents.
- Define best practices for generative AI use in projects.
- Implement Spec Driven Development approaches that transform specifications into development accelerators.
- Integrate AI throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, documentation, quality, and maintenance.
- Orchestrate AI agents to automate stages of the development lifecycle.
- Help developers transition to AI-first development practices.
- Ensure the quality, maintainability, performance, and security of developed solutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, presales activities, and client technology transformation programs.
- Monitor technology developments and industrialize innovations related to AI-enabled software development.
Requirements
- Engineering school graduate or holder of a Bac+5 qualification in computer science.
- Significant experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Strong application architecture knowledge and familiarity with modern architectures.
- Prior experience using generative AI solutions in a software engineering context.
- Understanding of AI agents, development automation, and emerging software engineering tools.
- Ability to support teams through changes in practice and communicate a technology vision.
- Excellent communication and technical simplification skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
