Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP BTP and Generative AI solutions.
- Design and implement AI-driven applications using SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, SAP HANA Cloud, LLMs, Foundation Models, and Agentic AI.
- Develop RAG, GraphRAG, semantic search, vector search, and knowledge graph solutions.
- Build LangChain/LangGraph orchestration pipelines and integrate AI models with SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
- Develop SAP BTP applications using CAP, Node.js, and Python.
- Implement browser automation with Playwright and process automation with SAP Build Process Automation.
- Build AI-enabled automation solutions for APO-to-IBP migration and other SAP business transformation programs.
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, compliance, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrate solutions, drive AI adoption, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, including 7 or more years in SAP BTP and enterprise application development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, SAP HANA Cloud, Cloud Foundry, and SAP application architecture.
- Experience developing LLM- and AI-agent-based applications, RAG solutions, AI evaluations, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with CAP, Node.js, Python, Playwright, REST APIs, OData services, and SAP/non-SAP system integration.
- Experience with BTP Destinations, Connectivity Service, Cloud Connector, OAuth, XSUAA, IAS, and service bindings.
- Knowledge of SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Git, CI/CD, and SAP Signavio or other BPM tools.
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, supply chain, finance, or other SAP business processes is preferred.
- SAP certifications in SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, or SAP Generative AI are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, client communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
