Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM programmes.
- Translate business needs into architecture, process, and integration decisions.
- Guide design governance, challenge requirements, and balance Oracle leading practice with client priorities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and communicate decisions clearly.
- Coordinate distributed delivery teams and support colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
- Contribute to proposals, client conversations, and the growth of EY’s Oracle Cloud services.
Requirements
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture capability and experience guiding complex implementations from design through deployment.
- Ability to connect business processes, data, security, reporting, and integrations into a coherent solution.
- Expertise in finance and procurement, human resources and payroll, or both areas.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, trusted relationship-building, and sound judgment in complex delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, data migration, reporting, role-based security, and third-party integrations is valuable.
- Experience in public services, financial services, utilities, healthcare, higher education, or shared services is helpful.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud, architecture, or programme delivery certifications are welcomed but not essential.
- Commercial awareness, adaptability, inclusive collaboration, and the ability to solve complex problems with others.
