Responsibilities
- Introduce AI tools and workflows to improve developer productivity and code quality.
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML features directly into products and access-control systems.
- Select, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs, classical ML, and hybrid models into production systems.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.
- Build and maintain AI agents for code generation, refactoring, test creation, code reviews, and static analysis.
- Improve best practices for AI usage, governance, and responsible AI implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering and a good understanding of ML fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience working with large language models and AI APIs.
- Programming experience with Python, Java, Go, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of data pipelines, feature stores, and monitoring.
- Fluent English and ability to work effectively in international teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience building multi-agent or tool-using AI systems.
- Preferred: knowledge of security evaluation methodologies, cryptography, Secure Elements, secure access control, identification, authentication, and PKI.
