Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using generative AI and agentic AI.
- Apply AI to complex business challenges, process automation, and intelligent workflow integration.
- Use prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable business value.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of large language models, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
