Base Salary
$169k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for full-stack development and mentor other full-stack developers.
- Build partnership, healthcare, and B2B products that expand Oura’s use cases and markets.
- Partner with product managers and designers to deliver accessible, responsive, user-friendly experiences.
- Own solutions from design through production deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Improve architecture, scalability, engineering practices, security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams and help shape technical and lifecycle best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of practical full-stack web development experience.
- Extensive TypeScript experience and experience with modern client-side frameworks such as React.
- Experience architecting, building, and deploying scalable, performant web services in production on AWS or similar platforms.
- Ability to write maintainable, extensible, well-tested, and understandable code.
- Python experience is a plus but is not required.
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to balancing short-term goals and long-term technical debt.
- Team-oriented approach and comfort working in a diverse, distributed environment.
