Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, support, and continuously improve production software end to end.
- Develop full-stack applications, APIs, services, integrations, and operational automation using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Build and productionise AI-powered agents, workflows, and tooling using AI-assisted development practices.
- Connect complex systems using APIs, events, queues, and distributed integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot applications, services, Linux environments, networks, and platform layers while performing root-cause analysis.
- Support and improve cloud, container, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, networking, and security capabilities.
- Modernise engineering delivery and automate repetitive operational and business processes.
Requirements
- Strong production software engineering experience with TypeScript as an essential skill and experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Strong hands-on full-stack engineering experience across front end, back end, APIs, services, and platform integrations.
- Experience taking software through the full lifecycle from design and development to deployment and production support.
- Strong Linux experience troubleshooting applications, services, and production environments.
- Ability to build, review, test, and safely productionise AI-powered agents and workflows.
- Experience integrating complex systems using APIs, events, queues, and distributed-system patterns.
- Experience debugging complex production issues and automating repetitive operational work.
- Experience with several relevant technologies, including Azure or AWS, GitHub Actions, containers, Terraform or Bicep, observability, networking, and security automation.
- Ability to work autonomously, investigate unfamiliar systems, and remain hands-on with production code.
