Base Salary
$94k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform complex analysis, design, modification, development, deployment, and maintenance of GIS Enterprise applications and databases.
- Develop custom and ad hoc applications supporting geospatial intelligence analysis workflows.
- Recommend technologies that improve the presentation and use of enterprise GIS products and support integrated systems planning.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve project challenges, understand user requirements, and develop software solutions for process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members through strong technical writing and communication, and effectively direct subordinates when needed.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Eight years of software development experience is required.
- Proficiency in C# and Python is required.
- Experience developing custom tools with RDBMS, NoSQL data stores, and distributed processing of large datasets is required.
- Expert-level intelligence systems development design and evaluation experience is required.
- Expert ability to manage and work with static, dynamic, and streaming geospatial data is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate certification under DODD 8570.01, including Security+, is required.
- Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, prioritization, and task-completion skills are required.
- A bachelor’s degree plus three additional years of general intelligence-community and geospatial systems experience is highly desirable.
