Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate scalable frontend and backend enterprise application components.
- Build Java full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native development practices.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, high-performing software while accelerating development without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, or comparable backend technologies such as .NET, C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines.
