Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate components for custom software solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and other teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into accessible and insightful data visualizations.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in data visualization is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate visualization components into custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks used in software engineering projects.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
