Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, performant front-end solutions using TypeScript and React.
- Develop features across B2C and B2B products.
- Write testable code designed for scalability, reliability, and resilience.
- Maintain high code quality and participate in a strong engineering culture.
- Work in cross-functional squads, take ownership of issues, and drive delivery with stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to decision-making.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, secure coding standards, and responsible data handling.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with applied experience.
- Commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
- Ability to solve problems elegantly with emphasis on scalability and performance.
- Adaptability in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and driving work forward.
- Rapid learning ability and an ambitious, results-driven approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to evaluate, validate, and refine generated outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
