Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, review, and report automated software test plans for server, web, and cloud informatics products.
- Develop and execute tests across containerized and networked components, including functional, performance, regression, integration, verification, and validation testing.
- Create, script, automate, analyze, and review test cases, test runs, coverage, boundary conditions, and regression results.
- Build and maintain automation tools and test scripts while serving as a subject matter expert in automation practices.
- Document testing in accordance with regulatory, security, and privacy standards and present results to developers and stakeholders.
- Provide testing guidance to systems and application developers, including procedures, requirements, schedules, and potential problems.
- Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis during system integration and testing.
Requirements
- A BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, or a related discipline is required; relevant experience and education combinations may qualify.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree, 4 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, or 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Moderate ability in data analytics and implementing data-driven solutions, continuous integration and continuous deployment, Agile methodologies, and test methodologies.
- Preferred qualifications include at least 5 years of software development or test automation experience.
- Preferred experience includes JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, Postgres or another RDBMS, BrowserStack, Selenium WebDriver, JAMA, JIRA, and the Atlassian toolset.
- Knowledge of SDLC/SLC processes, testing methodologies, Agile practices, and Scrum ceremonies is preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and independent-working skills are required.
- Familiarity with diagnostic medical device design or informatics software is a plus.
