Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack ServiceNow solutions using Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate customer requirements and mock-ups into functional ServiceNow features.
- Configure ServiceNow user interfaces and workflows.
- Develop integration components involving SSO, LDAP, and enterprise systems.
- Participate in and lead Scrum meetings and other delivery ceremonies.
- Demonstrate builds to customers and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide timely project updates and maintain proactive customer communication.
- Contribute to process improvement and portfolio maturity.
- Mentor team members and maintain accurate records, time entries, and calendar management.
- Follow CDW values, policies, and security standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM or CSM certifications.
- Proven experience with two additional ServiceNow product lines, with recent CSM experience essential.
- Proficiency in XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, and web services.
- Experience with LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience and strong communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- CAD certification is preferred.
- ITIL Foundation knowledge is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science or IT, DevOps experience, Asana or CloudBlue experience, exposure to Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism, and B2B supply chain experience are nice to have.
