Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade agentic workflows for assigned scopes.
- Own modules or subsystems within customer deployments.
- Handle standard customer environments and integrations.
- Troubleshoot common LLM, integration, and deployment issues.
- Apply CI/CD, observability, and security practices consistently.
- Communicate delivery progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Apply MCP/A2A-style context retrieval with guidance.
- Contribute to solution design decisions in customer-facing technical engagements.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Strong production coding skills and cloud-native development experience.
- Working knowledge of agent frameworks, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Ability to apply MCP/A2A-style context retrieval with guidance.
- Comfort with customer-facing technical work.
- Mandatory skill: Agentic AI.

- Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000.
