Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance the scalability and reliability of the Grafana Cloud observability platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce new region build timelines.
- Engage in the full lifecycle of code development, from design to production.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system health.
- Utilize modern AI tools to improve developer productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering large distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of system design tradeoffs around latency, consistency, and scaling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and operational practices.
- Ability to define SLOs/SLIs and drive reliability work end-to-end.
- Excellent coding skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration in a remote environment.
