Responsibilities

Implement and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions based on defined requirements.
Fine-tune and optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
Develop and maintain data preprocessing pipelines and feature-engineering workflows.
Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, platforms, data sources, and APIs.
Test and validate AI models before production deployment.
Provide Level 3 technical support for AI applications and services in production.
Troubleshoot model performance, data pipeline, API integration, and deployment infrastructure issues.
Monitor AI system health, performance metrics, and data quality.
Respond to incident tickets, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain support procedures, troubleshooting guides, technical specifications, implementation details, and operational documentation.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, AI engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to AI platform and tooling enhancements and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or related technical roles.
Production support or technical troubleshooting experience.
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
Experience with Model Context Protocol for AI agent and tool integration.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or a similar AI orchestration framework.
Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, tool calling, and context management.
Experience with natural language processing, conversational AI, and chatbot development.
Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation patterns and implementation.
Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model evaluation methodologies.
Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise data sources and APIs.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, including diagnosing model degradation, latency issues, and integration failures.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools for AI systems.
Understanding of AI system security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
