Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customer-reported issues, triage defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes within SLA targets.
- Own and prioritize the Project Intake product backlog and translate customer and stakeholder feedback into feature enhancements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy platform features, APIs, integrations, data validation rules, and error-handling workflows.
- Maintain platform stability, performance, security, deployments, version control, release cycles, documentation, backup procedures, and disaster recovery processes.
- Develop interactive dashboards and self-service reporting for intake KPIs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Analyze intake data to identify trends, bottlenecks, data-quality issues, classification errors, and process-improvement opportunities.
- Use AI-enabled tools to automate request triage, classification, routing, document review, scope extraction, and compliance-gap identification.
- Create release notes, knowledge-base articles, FAQs, training materials, and other customer-facing change communications.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or technical product management.
- Experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, design and construction, or professional services environments.
- Proven experience managing customer complaints and translating user feedback into product improvements.
- Experience designing and building dashboards and performance reports that support operational decision-making.
- Experience improving data quality and using data analysis to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience with web application development, API design, and SQL or NoSQL database management.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as SIM, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, generative AI platforms, or machine learning applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon BI tools, Amazon Quick Suite, and internal NLP/ML platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, adaptability, and transparent stakeholder communication.
