Responsibilities
- Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and required integrations.
- Build and operate CI and scheduled-workflow agents that investigate failures, propose fixes, and provide actionable evidence.
- Improve automated pull request reviews by evaluating finding accuracy and reducing reviewer noise.
- Develop code quality checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.
- Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows for engineers and agents.
- Prioritize tooling improvements, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others.
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js skills.
- Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, including validating outputs and applying human review.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
- Strong code-quality practices involving maintainable code, useful automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English in a remote global team.
