Base Salary
$225k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prototype and experiment with new AI features alongside product engineering teams.
- Develop across backend and frontend systems and interact with LLMs and other ML models.
- Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations in Cribl’s core products.
- Work with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference platforms.
- Stay current with AI technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with development partners and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver customer-focused products.
- Participate in standby, on-call, or off-hours duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Experience contributing to products with significant user traction or large-scale adoption.
- Experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
- Experience with MLOps.
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and either Node or React.
- Ability to solve problems from first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives.
