Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and validate healthcare interoperability solutions using HL7 and FHIR standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and align cross-functional groups with program delivery goals.
- Drive program implementation, track roadblocks, and support their removal.
- Provide direction for delivery programs and help meet strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and engage team members to improve productivity and collaborate across multiple groups.
Requirements
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge and understanding of AWS native services and tools.
- Experience with Agile delivery and providing work direction.
- Experience planning and monitoring products in Scrum and Kanban environments.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Customer focus, adaptability to ambiguity and changing priorities, and advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
