Responsibilities
- Independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, diagnose system issues, and provide solutions.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and potential concerns.
- Assist with implementing application updates and patches and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application or web-based systems.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Jakarta EE is required.
- Experience with Java Standard Edition and Spring Boot is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and middleware technologies is required.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software systems is required.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes is required.
- At least two years of experience is required; related analyst tracks specify three to five years in application development, systems analysis, systems support, implementation, or quality assurance.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are required.
