Responsibilities
- Work independently as an expert in the SAP technical workstream for implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Design and develop technical and integration solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct client discussions and workshops to define integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Provide training, end-user support, delivery support, and escalation management.
- Manage projects and timelines and support innovation and transformation initiatives in existing accounts.
- Coordinate and interact with SAP and third-party partners.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to provide technical expertise, advanced problem-solving, and client-facing consulting support.
