Responsibilities
- Lead assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including digital opportunity identification, qualification, discovery, value engineering, solution blueprinting, pilots, deployment, and post-go-live operations and support.
- Execute ideation workstreams with cross-functional software engineering, user experience, and subject matter expert teams.
- Integrate technical knowledge with business and market understanding to inform digital solution development for the Finance Organization.
- Drive digital solution development, enhancements, and implementation in line with broader digital plans and strategy.
- Act as a knowledge owner, mentor colleagues, and lead large digital solution engineering projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Highly skilled with Snowflake, CFIN, SAP BW, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of integrating and working with digital platforms, AI, and data and system integration tools.
- People management capabilities, including nurturing and developing junior talent.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels and functions.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
