Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps for business-critical applications and infrastructure.
- Implement alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise-reduction capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Build and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and design effective ITOM solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Perform integration testing and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and platform-related issues.
- Support platform upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews and provide technical recommendations.
Requirements
- 5.5+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert-correlation capabilities.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT Operations Management processes and best practices.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps are advantageous.
