Responsibilities
- Lead communication and team alignment to shift testing left and solve defect trends.
- Own squad quality by using data to reduce defect leakage into production.
- Drive automation leadership and ensure technical excellence in automation strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to align on front-end quality initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address potential quality risks and obstacles.
- Own long-term quality objectives while ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with high-quality solutions.
- Leverage industry insights to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in coaching and influencing teams without direct authority.
- Experience leading complex, full-stack, and multi-platform quality initiatives.
- Deep understanding of full-stack testing and automation across multiple platforms.
- Strong investigative skills to identify root causes of problems.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to define and implement solutions.
- Clear understanding of quality success at both project and platform levels.
- Ability to design testing approaches to mitigate risks in development.
