Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate customer challenges into actionable AI solutions aligned with high-ROI outcomes.
- Lead architectural design and drive adoption and sustained usage of Agents and the Power Platform.
- Ensure deployed solutions meet performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability expectations.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical blockers affecting customer consumption and implementation.
- Enable agent users, makers, and developers through skilling recommendations, technical discussions, workshops, and readiness activities.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Share customer insights, technical feedback, architecture patterns, and best practices to inform Microsoft strategy and internal IP development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship verification and successful Microsoft Cloud background checks are required.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, a master’s degree with 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing experience and 4 years of experience working on technical projects are preferred.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or a security certification, is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management is preferred.
- Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python and related frameworks is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include PL-200/PL-400, PL-600, and AB-620.
