Base Salary
$80k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML algorithms for complex business challenges and mission requirements.
- Select datasets, perform statistical analysis, run machine learning algorithms, and use results to improve models.
- Train and retrain systems and deploy, schedule, monitor, and improve models based on iterative feedback.
- Integrate data pipelines and apply, interpret, and present model performance metrics.
- Provide system integration oversight and support scalable AI/ML solutions through application development, infrastructure management, data engineering, and data governance principles.
- Potentially lead geographically distributed teams and serve as a primary point of contact for AI-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in advanced mathematics, computer science, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited college or university, or six additional years of machine learning experience on similar projects in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum TS/SCI clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Poly required to start.
- Experience with training, retraining, deploying, scheduling, monitoring, and improving models is required.
- Experience working with various machine learning libraries and packages.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and R is desired.
