Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Integrate robotic process automation solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and code changes.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools and automated workflow implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing automation processes.
- Ability to integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- UiPath experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
