Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using advanced models and orchestration techniques.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to create intelligent workflows from healthcare data.
- Develop ML pipelines and platform components focused on scalability, safety, and performance.
- Prototype and productionize AI-driven features such as personalization and decision support.
- Lead architecture discussions and promote best practices in AI/ML systems.
- Mentor engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
- Stay updated on the evolving AI landscape to integrate cutting-edge advancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building AI applications using foundation models and orchestration techniques.
- Deep experience in data science, including model training and fine-tuning.
- Experience with deploying foundation models via platforms like OpenAI or Google Vertex AI.
- Understanding of health-related datasets and user behavior.
- Fluency in Python and experience with additional programming languages like Go or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud-native systems and operationalizing AI solutions.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ML deployment workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development and ML/AI platforms.
