Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI- and automation-enabled enterprise solutions.
  • Translate business requirements and product needs into production-ready software that delivers measurable value.
  • Integrate models, agents, tools, workflows, APIs, enterprise systems, cloud services, and user experiences.
  • Apply agentic AI patterns including tool-calling, MCP, A2A, orchestration, prompt workflows, context management, retrieval, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Move AI capabilities from concept, prototype, or pilot into scalable production solutions.
  • Develop reusable services, frameworks, templates, accelerators, agent capabilities, and engineering patterns.
  • Guide developers through design decisions, implementation reviews, mentoring, and engineering standards.
  • Balance scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, operational support, delivery speed, and business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, solution development, or related technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical lead, solution lead, or senior hands-on IT lead role.
  • Strong programming experience in one or more of Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting production-grade applications or automation solutions.
  • Experience building backend services, APIs, integrations, workflows, and enterprise application solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Experience providing technical leadership through design guidance, mentoring, implementation reviews, and engineering standards.
  • Preferred experience building LLM- and agent-enabled applications, using orchestration frameworks, retrieval workflows, multi-step reasoning, and enterprise integrations.
  • Preferred familiarity with MCP, A2A, agent frameworks, memory patterns, context engineering, evaluation techniques, responsible AI, security, governance, compliance, and risk considerations.
