Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale application platform projects.
- Engineer across the full tech stack, architect robust admin backend and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
- Innovate and launch new product experiences while enhancing existing platform products.
- Contribute to the evolution of product, platform, and team processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills and engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building scalable, reliable systems.
- Leadership in engineering practices and high standards in testing.
- Proven ability to work across teams and partner effectively.
- Strategic problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Experience mentoring others and contributing to team growth.
- Clear and effective communication skills in cross-functional settings.
