Base Salary
$140k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage all technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstrations and customer onboarding.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Assist marketing in expanding product marketing collateral.
- Channel customer feedback and feature requests to product management.
- Conduct post-sales engineering check-ins with customers.
- Work with account teams to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high tech sales or solutions engineering role.
- Must be located on the U.S. West Coast.
- Ability to conduct technical conversations with various stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers.
- Strong understanding of network and application protocols.
- Programming proficiency in a scripting language.
- Understanding of DDoS attacks and basic mitigation methods.
